Exchange and return of goods purchased on the site is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer
Return policy for goods of good quality
To return or exchange the goods, the following conditions must be met:
- the goods have not been used and have no traces of consumer use: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;
- the goods are fully complete and the original packaging is intact;
- all labels and factory markings are intact;
- the goods retain their presentation and consumer properties.
According to the Consumer Protection Law, a company may refuse to exchange/return goods of good quality to a consumer if they fall into the categories specified in the current List of Non-Food Goods of Good Quality and are not subject to return and exchange.

- integrity and all components of the packaging;
- labels; - factory markings;
- documents: receipt and warranty card.
